Winemaking

Grapes are sourced from vineyard slopes in the Valle dell'Adige and Valle dei Laghi. The de-stalked grapes are left to macerate cold for about 12 hours in contact with the skins, and are then soft pressed. Temperature-controlled fermentation is followed by a short maturation period in stainless steel.

Tasting Note

Vibrant varietal aromas of citrus, with herbaceous and exotic notes. The palate is fresh and lively with lemon and passion fruit characters, and good mid-palate weight, leading to a crisp, zesty finish.

Pair with white fish, white meats and pasta salads.
