The ancestral flagship wine for Gottfried is a field blend of many different varieties which shows the character of the region. All grapes are harvested together and fermented together before 2 years in neutral local oak.

A veritable party of flavours and textures - incredibly bright and bursting with energy, green apple acidity coupled with pithy and herbal notes.
