Winemaking

Fermentation took place in temperature controlled stainless steel vats with carefully selected yeasts to retain the purity of fruit. The secondary fermentation took place in tank, as per the Charmat method, which imparted a delicate sparkle to the wine.

Tasting Note

Buttery, cereal-like nose leads to a rich and creamy fore-palate. Then the wonderful acidity kicks in and leaves the mouth gasping for more.
