Winemaking

The Cortese grapes are sourced from vineyards in the Gavi region, with limestone-clay soils. Grapes are hand harvested typically in the last week of September. The wine undergoes temperature- controlled fermentation in stainless steel.

Tasting Note

Appealing aromas of citrus and white flower with a touch of white spice. The palate has orchard and stone fruit characters and a gently rounded, lightly nutty texture. Refreshing acidity balances underlying minerality.
